Learn more about the Beta Program

Eligibility
Broadsignal is a pre‑seed signal intelligence platform for institutional and professional traders. We are currently inviting a limited group of enterprise trading desks, hedge funds, and quantitative individuals to participate in our private beta.

This beta is free during the evaluation period. By participating, you will receive early access, influence product direction, and provide feedback under a standard beta trial agreement. All data shared with Broadsignal is subject to our Privacy Policy and beta confidentiality terms.

Eligibility

This beta is intended for:

✓ Professional traders, proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, or market makers.
✓ Individuals with authority to evaluate third‑party trading tools on behalf of an entity.
✓ Participants who can provide meaningful feedback (e.g., latency, data quality, workflow integration).

We do not offer the beta to retail traders, competitors, or anyone under 18 years of age.
What happens next
Here’s the scoop,

1. We review your application (usually within 3–5 business days).
2. If selected, you will receive an invitation email with access instructions and a simple beta agreement to sign.
3. You will get login credentials, documentation, and a support channel (e.g., Slack or email).
4. During the beta, we may request feedback via brief surveys or calls.

We reserve the right to decline any application (e.g., competitors, invalid contact, unsuitable use case). This beta is invitation‑only and may be limited in capacity.

Questions Before Applying?

Broadsignal is a pre‑seed startup. This beta program is designed for early enterprise validation, not for live trading with real risk. Historical signals do not guarantee future results.

Beta Program FAQs

Who is eligible for the private beta?
We accept professional traders, proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, and market makers. We generally do not accept retail traders, competitors, or individuals without a verifiable institutional email domain.
Is there any cost to join the beta?
No. The private beta is completely free during the evaluation period. We may offer paid plans after general release, but early participants will be notified well in advance and may receive preferred pricing.
How long does it take to get a decision after applying?
We manually review every application. You will hear back within 3–5 business days. If selected, you will receive a beta agreement and access instructions.
What kind of data security and confidentiality do you offer?
We take confidentiality seriously. All beta participants sign a simple beta agreement that includes a non‑disclosure clause. Your trading data and communication with us are never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Do you provide live support during the beta?
Yes – but with reasonable limits. You will have access to a private email channel (and optionally Slack) where our founding team responds directly. Response times are typically within one business day. We do not yet offer 24/7 support.
Can I use Broadsignal for live trading right now?
You can use the signals to inform your own trading decisions, but the beta is intended for evaluation, not as a sole source of truth. All signals are experimental and may have latency or errors. You should not rely on Broadsignal for mission‑critical, real‑money decisions without independent verification.
What happens after the beta ends?
We will give you at least 30 days’ notice. You may choose to continue on a paid plan (if available), or your access will be revoked and your data deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Early beta participants often receive discounts or extended trial periods.
Do you offer a self‑hosted or on‑premise version?
Not at this stage. Broadsignal is a cloud‑based service. If you have specific compliance requirements, please contact us directly – we are open to conversations with enterprise clients.
How can I provide feedback or report a bug?
We love feedback. During the beta, you will receive a direct email address or Slack channel for bug reports and feature requests. You can also email dev@broadsignal.io anytime.
